Bio & Experience

“She believed she could so she did.” – R. S Grey

I have been performing and creating music since I was 4 years old. Most of my life has been spent performing in choirs, musical groups, bands and with theater companies.

I am often asked who inspires me as a singer. I believe that a soulful voice is an honest voice. Some of my favorite singers include: Susan Tedeschi, Whitney Houston, Pink, Kelly Clarkson, Pat Benetar, Tori Kelly, Kelly Clarkson, Heart, and Melissa Etheridge.

Music feeds my soul when I am happy, lifts me up when I am having a bad day, and helps me to focus when I want to get in a zone. I find inspiration to write songs everywhere. Some of the greatest happiness in my life has come from reaching people through music.

“I have found the greatest happiness in reaching people through music.”

Some people may know me from my years in the pop/r&b vocal group Jada. I learned SO much about the music industry and myself during that time. Signed with Universal Motown Records for a few years, Jada and I toured, recorded and performed all over the country. We had international hit singles produced Akon, RedOne, Andrew Frampton, and Wayne Wilkins, and performed at countless festivals, concerts, televised events and major sporting events across the country, including Madison Square Garden, TD Garden, Gillette Stadium, and at the KISS 108 FM Concert. It’s an experience I won’t soon forget.

“I find inspiration to write songs everywhere”

I truly enjoy working in many different genres of music. I believe it is important to constantly be expanding and improving as an artist.

For several years I sang in and wrote/produced 3 singles in the pop/rock duo Venus Mars Project. Currently I perform throughout New England with the 11 piece event band Beantown. This spring I’m back in the studio recording and writing new music with the collaborative group 3 Second Chances. I feel blessed to have also had the opportunity to also be a regularly featured soloist with the Hillyer Festival Orchestra, with Jay Daly and the BBQ Brass and with The Portsmouth Symphony Orchestra. My most recent musical release “When The Tree Goes Up” written by Joey Nicotera- debuted on all digital music platforms (Spotify, Apple Music) in December of 2021.
